"This company is horrible they will literally just send anyone to your home. They sent out a tech that left my home ruined just because he could perform the job. I tried to allow them to come a fixed the issue and scheduled another appointment to get called at the time the other tech was supposed to be here to tell me that he wouldn't be able to fixed the job at the scheduled time because he had other personal things to handle. I won't write much more, but this is how they left my home and brand new tv's. I don't recommend anyone to let these ppl come and ruin your home. And the worse part of this is that they still tried to charge me the original quote smh. They called me to tell me I could keep the bracket for the inconvenience."

First and foremost I was very pleased from the beginning with the call representative who took my call and set up my appointment, I believe his name was steve. He was very informative and knowledgeable on what I would need and recommended the most accurate service I would need by with the few inquiries I had. Then to top it off, I had the greatest encounter with Chris, the installation guy. He was very professional, prompt, efficient, communicative , respectful and kindhearted. I showed him exactly how I wanted my tv mounted and he did a phenomenal job and tucked away any visible cords to my liking. I would definitely recommend DTV MOUNTING for your needs!
