"On a short notice, Corey came to our townhouse at San Matera. He figured out a fix for our poorly opening sliding glass patio door. A replacement was quoted for just over 2,000 by another contractor and needed approval from the Association. He removed the door and replaced the rollers. Now, the door slides freely with just one finger! He replaced two toilets and painted the entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen. He also made some adjustments to the dishwasher. now, it is leveled and more secure. The work crew was on time and very neat. The price quoted was fair and accurate at the beginning and the end. Any changes were transparent and informative."
