"Hudson Homes informed me to file a dispute through their email and after no response for multiple days, a debt collection agency reached out about the claim. I called Hudson Homes to ask what happened with the original dispute and the rude operator stated “our processes changed last week so this does not go through Hudson Homes”. This was twi weeks after the dispute was submitted. The operator then hung up on me. I am now filing my disputes via the claim/debt collection company. The claim is for damage done to the property. Including the original deposit, they are requesting over $8.5k for: Wall Damage, Carpet Wear, Countertop having chunks missing, Dented dishwasher and a backdated electric bill. There were two tvs hung up in which the holes were plastered and sanded, the carpet had normal wear and tear which could have used a normal carpet doctor to clean, the countertop had a strip of vinyl missing that was no larger than a quarter of an inch by 5 inches and we have pictures of the dishwasher from days prior to move out with no dent. Not sure what will happen with the dispute. But to save anyone the hassle, I suggest looking at other rental companies."
"I've left a multitude of voice mail messages & emails through their website & 2 other rental sites for homes they have listed in the last 2 weeks with ZERO response back.... Not sure how these people are still in business when they can't even do the courtesy of a return call/email. Exceptionally unprofessional & downright rude"
