"Originally very responsive and Floyd even went and picked up the tile for our project from the store and delivered it to our house but the night before our project he pushed the project back supposedly due to an illness. We reached out a week later to reschedule the project and numerous text messages and voicemails have been left unanswered. Now almost 2 weeks after our project should have been started we have seen Floyd driving around town and he accidentally returned one phone call and could be heard talking in the background but was very apparent that did not mean to call us back. Very sad that what started as a great working relationship ended in this negative review."
