"I contacted Deltona Handyman Services (DHS) because I needed my 54inch basketball hoop assembled and was trying to find someone with vast knowledge & experience in this area. I had two previous hoops where the installers didn't know what they were doing and the units fell down shortly after installation. As soon as I called DHS, the lady answered promptly and was very courteous and understood the need. She stated they have assembled several hoops before and would be able to do mine. I felt confident in their response and booked them to install the unit and let me just say that was the BEST decision ever!! They showed up on-time, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This unit was VERY difficult to put together because it was missing parts, labels were incorrect, instructions were not easy to follow and the two vertical poles were tough to put together. Shawn and his daughter thought outside the box, went to the store to get some parts and hammered the two poles at an offsite location so it doesn't damage my pavers. The entire install was a full day's work but at the end, Deltona Handyman Services did what they needed to do in order to complete the install. Anyone could have just given up or said the parts were missing or defective but Shawn and his daughter found a way to make it work and that is what makes them stand out from the rest! They were determined to successfully install the hoop and I am truly grateful for their services! I will be using DHS for any of my home projects / handyman needs because I appreciate their knowledge, customer service, and work ethic!!"
