"Just giving a shout-out to my wonderful property management company. I have used them for many years, but the past few years have been quite challenging due to covid, extensive renovations to the home both inside and out, and 3 hurricanes. They have done their best to keep the property in top rental condition and to help guests navigate the few situations beyond their control when the construction schedule did not "cooperate" with the rental schedule. I would highly recommend this company to any property owners or to any guests seeking to rent on Anna Maria Island!"

"Having booked a property in January '23 you can imagine my anger and disappointment when the owners of the property cancelled my rental 2 hours after having paid the final balance in August. Not only did I have to find an alternative property at a similar price but the availability was also severely limited at such a late date. We were due to travel in October. Firstly the owner had more than enough time to do the repairs to the property knowing they had taken a deposit for a particular date and secondly, the rental company should be more aware of the situation to avoid such last minute disappointment. I accepted a $200 compensation but this did not cover the additional cost incurred in renting another property."

"Serenity Cove was fabulous. The house is spacious and well-appointed. So close to everything; beaches, great restaurants, Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum, shopping, downtown Sarasota. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is truly an oasis. The hot tub was a major bonus and it was fun to relax in the hammock."

"Chez Mimi in River Pointe This is a beautiful home with lovely, comfortable furnishings and amenities. It was the cleanest property we have ever rented. They provided starter paper products & cleaning supplies, even though we had brought our own since other Vrbo rentals we had did not include that welcome touch. The pool, dock and waterway behind the house were awesome. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The location was very convenient for the family wedding we were attending. There are lots of restaurants, grocery and other stores nearby. The staff at the rental office was always friendly and very responsive and thorough in their correspondence and interactions. My husband & I are 3rd & 4th generation Manatee County natives, now living in Northern Virginia, but we definitely will look to this wonderful property for future stays when we visit our family in the Bradenton/Parrish area. I heartily recommend this beautiful home if you’re looking for accommodations in the Manatee County area. (It is also a straight shot down 64 and Manatee Avenue to the Beaches.) This property is everything it is advertised to be!"

"This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We are a family of 6 and had PLENTY of space. It was very well stocked with lots of extras like beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys for the kids and even a pack and play for our little one. The views of the sunsets were absolutely beautiful! We hope to be back next year!"
