"My family of 5 loved staying in Cottage 109. It was cute, cozy and clean. It felt like your grandma's beach cottage if you were lucky enough to have a grandma with a beach cottage. It's an old cottage with creaky wood floors and some other quirks, but that's part of the charm at AMI. Couldn't ask for a better location less than a block from the beach and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. We really enjoyed the free bikes and beach chairs."

"The most amazing and beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! Super clean and a amazing staff . We could cook out there and also had a great kitchen.. They also wagon umbrellas chairs for the beach. As well as board games and movies you can choose from to do at night in your cottage. The beach was steps away and the sand was white and the ocean teal blue it was as if you were in the Caribbean island somewhere. Breath taking !!"

"Stayed in 110 and a rat crawled across the kitchen floor. They caught it the next day and didn’t bother to provide a discount or anything. These cottages were better maintained when they didn’t have their current management company, they were a lot cheaper too! I’ll have to find another place to stay because they’re charging $100 more per night and not providing anything in addition - except roaches and rats."
