"There is a lot of false 5 star reviews that are reviewing the Merrick Manor mall across the street. This is highly misleading. You will notice the ‘negative reviews’ on the Merrick Manor condos/apartments are actually the reviews rated thumbs up helpful multiple times. Beware!! How the managment treated me during the awful time I lived here was not ok. Seeing there has been no accountability in their replies but to continue with robotic “whitewash” how amazing the place is. Or say the review name does not match a current or past resident. Validates nothing has changed. I truly hope this review helps save someone from making a painful mistake."

"I absolutely love living in Merrick Manor!! There is nothing quite like coming home to Fernando at the front desk with a big smile and friendly greeting. He is there for us whenever we need him ensuring we have all we need. The valet are efficient and keep our car taken care of. Mike and the rest of the security team make me feel so safe in my home. Not a minute goes by where I’m not thankful to live in the bliss and paradise that is Merrick Manor. The only downfall is the high school across the street makes certain times of day on our block very busy, but Miami traffic is everywhere. $7 movies in the park on Mon and Tues are an awesome time. Happy hour at Sawa, Yardhouse, etc. is always a great early night dinner. The farmers market is a fun outing on Sundays. The gyms in the building have fantastic deals for residents. Grou Community coffee two doors down is fantastic for breakfast and a coffee pick me up. A long walk to miracle mile is a nice way to relax in the late afternoons. There is nothing not to love about the area, other residents and staff. We are SO thankful!❤️"

"I lived at Merrick Manor over the past year and was very satisfied with the building and its amenities. I lived there as a renter as I was waiting to purchase a home. The personnel at Front Desk are absolutely amazing. Fernando and Beatrice are always helpful and attentive. All the common areas very clean and available for use. Building perfectly located across the street from great shopping and dinning and also just a mile away from Miracle Mile and downtown Coconut Grove. Overall very satisfied with my experience. Only complaint is it is directly across from the high school, so getting out of the neighborhood in the morning take a little longer than I would like."
