"We stayed here in summer 2023 and I was just reflecting on how great this hotel was after a terrible experience with an expensive hotel on Miami Beach side. This is a great spot to stay in when visiting Miami, close driving distance to many attractions, the rooms are spacious, very clean, service and restaurants are great. The only inconvenience was a long wait on valet, but they did have an app to request a car, just make sure to use it 30-40 minutes ahead of when you think you need the car."
"The service here was excellent. All of the staff were wonderful. Extremely friendly knowledgeable about the area and just overall we had a wonderful experience. The only somewhat complaint I would have is that the food we ordered from room Service was not very good with the exception of the chocolate cake. It was amazing. We actually ordered that a couple of times. Definitely try the cake. This was wonderful. I got my pedicure and really enjoyed the tech who did my pedicure as well as the service. I definitely recommend staying here. I was in town for surgery and felt pretty rough the last few days of my stay here. The staff was extremely accommodating. I would give 10 stars if I could."
"Fantastic hotel especially if booking via Fine Hotels & Resorts. Check-in was easy and the hostesses were excellent. The rooms were great and the hotel is walking distance to so many good food choices. The restaurant was alright some good food, some okay food. Nothing special."
"We had a wonderful stay at Loews Coral Gables hotel. This was our first stay with the American Express fine hotels and resorts program. The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. We enjoyed the food and service at the Americana restaurant. And the room service breakfast was top notch! We took advantage of the rooftop pool and hot tub and the top of the line fitness center. Overall. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to doing it again."
