"Only gave one star because I can’t give 0. Do not ever deal with this slumlord company. No one answers phone calls or returns calls. They will not do any repairs and they will drag their feet on returning your security deposit. If they do give it back it will be 1/3 of what you put down. Worst experience with a leasing company I’ve ever had. They should not be in business"
"SLUM LORDS - This place is the biggest scam!!!! Do not stay at there properties… they never came to fix anything… they are behind bullet proof glass for a reason. After never responding to the issues when I moved in… including leaving mold in my AC and broken cabinets they tried to charge me for moving out. I never received a mail key… they changed there phone number and never email the new one, said I didn’t contact them in time. Not one of there staff has worked there in six months. They are rude liars."

"This is the most disgraceful company. They reel you in with an already high but decent price with the market like it is. Only for me to be told that the next month my rent is doubling. No one anywhere has doubled their prices. I became sick with covid and missed a payment. Only trying to pay they wanted to charge over $20 in just processing fees. I was told management would call me the next day. Only 2 minutes later 2 receive a text from the woman here in town telling me I better call back and pay or my stuff is going to auction in 2 days without any type of notice. 2 weeks later still no call from management and now the late fees have went up more. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and that is saying something since I was with Spectrum. If I could they wouldn't get one star."
