"Place is horrible it got full of water 5 month ago and 2 years ago to don’t recommend this place to live. I put 1 star because is the minimum I can put. There’s thieves to there’s a lot of stolen stuff,"

"Be aware. This place is not worth the monthly price that they are asking. I asked the property manager, why such an increase? I was told because that's what the market dictates. Oh really! This place was built in the 70's but they want you to pay "NEW" apartment prices. They do not have the amenities that those "NEW" apartment have. They have no weight room, no media room, no security, no pet area. They have a small swimming pool for 8 buildings. Keep in mind these are 2 story apartments. They have a very small laundry area not even half the size of a living room to service the entire property. Strey cats are everywhere on the property. Night after night you can hear cats fighting. The property is in a flood zone God forbid if you should have a decent rain storm. Why pay "NEW" apartment prices when the place is not up to "NEW" apartment standards? I moved out because it's not worth $1,600."

"I lived in this place for 2 years and the only compliment I have is that it quiet in the complex. Out of my whole 2 years of living there I experienced multiple issues that they failed to fix in a timely manner. For beginners they had gone through about 4 different property managers while I was residing there. They first property manger was said to be stealing rent money.After getting rid of him the the 2 property managers that came after stayed for about a week or 2.Now they have a property manager by the name of Monica. She is the rudest I've met thus far. Upon meeting her in person I called the leasing office about a problem I had in my unit and she hung up in my face. Due to their failure to fix issues in a timely manner I was forced to call the code enforcer on them. They became upset and didn't want to renew my lease which was expiring within the month.They have termites which they still have yet to treat the buildings for. My ceiling had been spotting from a leak for a whole year and they failed to fix it. When I called the code enforcer they hurried in and painted over the spots instead of actually fixing it. Theres much more I could and want to say, but I'm tired of typing. Long story short, DO NOT RENT HERE !!! P.S I have pics and videos to prove all of what I'm saying."

"This community is under new management, and it's being all renovated now. I'm in the application process and it's been really smooth. Ray is the nicest community manager I've met and everyone likes him, he works so hard to keep everyone happy. I'm really excited to move into this community. Great location and renovated apartments at a great price."
