"It's a pretty messy place, not to mention the administration, the rubbish dump, as there is nowhere, they don't even say where to throw the rubbish, there are a lot of little animals and bad smell, there is not even a swimming pool, nor a gym, as they promised. The place in general is disgusting, it lacks a lot. 4real :("
"I've lived at this place 11 years ago where my son almost died from falling from the 3rd floor because they had missing railings. I only lived there for 4 months and had multiple issues with water leaks, fire rescue had to come and get me out their broken elevator and management does nothing there. Please save your money and go somewhere else. By the way I did filed a lawsuit. After reading these reviews I'm surprised they are still in business smh. This place is the devil !!!"
"worse building ever the property management does not clean or repair anything on the building. Also the elevator has been broken for months the city gave them a fine and still no care given. do not waste your money on this apartment."
