The Shoreline at SoLé Mia

"I lived at the shoreline for 14 months, there are some important things to take into consideration if you're considering living here. Pros: -Occasional events with food and/or entertainment supplied by the leasing company -Great amenities – Laguna, gym, office space, etc. -Maintenance is very responsive and always happy to help. -24/7 concierge -Free designated package area, companies will occasionally have free samples of products you can receive from the lockers. -10 min drive to Aventura Mall (without traffic) -Plenty of indoor parking available for residents -No issues with bugs – little to no roaches.. -Air conditioning unit is very quiet Cons: -The apartments are made very cheaply, so it’s easy to mark, dent, scratch things -If your apartment faces the street, you will hear LOTS of noise. I was woken on almost a daily basis by noisy people outside from 6am onwards. Weekly mowing if you're in the east tower you'll hear the construction. In the evenings there is a group of people who use that road to race so you will also hear noises from that. It usually happens around 11pm/12am -The Laguna is only open Friday-Sunday 11am-6pm. I was told as the other buildings opened hours would be extended but this did not happen during my rental term. - If your apartment is facing the construction, you will find thin layers of dust/dirt daily due to it coming in through bathroom & dryer vents. -The grill never seemed to be working or was out of gas every time I tried to use it, I was only successful 2/3x during my lease. -Washer/Dryer was extremely loud, if you WFH its not practical to do laundry during the day as it sounds like a small plane is taking off. - Guest parking is a HUGE issue, if you ever want your guests to stay more than 3hrs they have to pay. -High traffic area, it will take you at least 20 minutes just to get to the intersection near by due to there being multiple schools in the area and Costco. I luckily never experienced the morning traffic but -If you’re on a lower floor expecting plumbing issues - I had multiple run ins with unsavory people living in the building, including one taking pictures of me at the Laguna without my permission. I was made to feel uncomfortable too many times which definitely spoiled my experience of living here. It's reasonably priced **for the area**…."

"This place is awesome, it was my Home sweet home for 4 and a half years. I truly have the best memories and will miss it a lot. The staff is friendly and very attentive to people’s needs. Maintenance is awesome, Gustavo, Carlos, and Rafael became like family to me, they took good care of all my apartment and property needs. The rental office and management are amazing, Natalie is a wonderful person to deal with and the front desk staff is the best on the planet. I recommend this place to everyone, looking for something really special. I will miss it a lot. Thank you"

"This is my 6th month living here and I finally found the peace I was looking for. I love that it is a pretty quiet building. All the amenities are new and clean. You can run all the errands within a mile away from home. Also, I have been very lucky with my neighbors - a very decent crowd. And most importantly, this place is safe (!)."

Office management is very attentive and concierge service is helpful. Don’t let the square footage fool you, these units feel a lot larger than they are. Floor to ceiling windows & patio doors in every room. Easy to match your furnishings and make it your home."
