"I love my apartment, the location it's nice, everything is close (beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping) My neighbors are polite and friendly. The housekeeping and maintenance teams are very helpful and kind, my family really appreciate their work. The only bad things are the administration staff and the rude manager. Friends of mine had many problems with the manager and I had twice issues with them and I never receive a good customer service to resolve them. The manager (she is a big blondie lady) thinks that she is always right, she didn't like to listen or take care about neighbors. SO BAD! The administration staff sadly just do what the angry manager said. So even though Beach Place it's a beautiful place to live you need to handle with this lady and her employees."

"Worst experience with the Beach Place! There are cockroaches in the apartment! The service that monitors this comes to the apartment at any time without text or call warning and opens the door with their key. I don’t recommend this place! The price does not match the service and conditions!"

"Moved here a month ago and I am honestly pleasantly surprised at how well this place is managed and maintained. Always clean, maintenance crew is outstanding, leasing office is inviting and friendly. Location is incredible. I could not be happier."
