"If safety is one of your priorities when looking for apartments then Emerald Palms is not for you. The security cameras on the property do not work and they are trying to force everyone to take down their ring cameras for security reasons yet cars are constantly broken into. It has happened to me and my neighbors. Also, CARS and car parts are stolen. Not the environment you would want to live in. This community has no hope unless the miserable woman who work in the office are replaced with empathetic and kind employees. 0/10 recommend."
"Where do I even begin? I could be here all day speaking about the horrible experience i’ve had living here. It’s embarrassing how long i’ve put up with the poor conditions of the units and rude behavior of the lazy, miserable and low life women who work in the office. If I could give this apartment complex 0 starts, i would.. in a HEART BEAT. ALL of the bad reviews are true. The roaches are huge and disgusting. You can have the cleanest apartment yet they will still make a way in. My bathroom was infested with roaches coming from a hole behind the mirror. The walls and floors are literally deteriorating and the rugs haven’t been changed or replaced in years. I’ve repeatedly seen maintenance spray mold cleaning spray and flip the rugs back over. The plumbing is a joke, I was even told by Liliana whom works in the office that the pipes are too old and weak for toilet paper. Lastly, the biggest complaint of them all is how rude and disgusting the women in the office are. They dismiss you when trying to speak to them, they talk to you like you’re a little kid and they purposely let the phones ring. They never answer and completely fail at being decent human beings but cry and play innocent when you give attitude back. They also like to lie on tenants and threat not to renew your lease for NO REASON. If you’re looking to rent here, KEEP LOOKING. I cannot WAIT to be out of here."
