From top tier amenities, stunning views from any part of the building, exceptional customer service, as well as a prime location above Greenwise in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. "I lived at novo for a year and a half, starting when it first opened. I enjoyed being by Las Olas, however, The pool was not open until 4 months after I moved in and the sky deck took even longer. I was still charged the full price as if I had access to these amenities. After everything finally opened and the building started filling up, the communication from the building became worse and worse. There was flooding on the 8th floor that took months to fix, elevators often down causing 10+ minute waits, nobody picking up after their dogs in the dog run nor was it enforced and they eventually added an “amenity fee” each month. I thought the astronomical rent was the fee…Anyway, hopefully things are better at this point, but that was my experience."
"High end apartments on Las Olas. Super expensive lots of neighbors parking is an arm and leg but they look nice. Not my cup of tea but if you have the extra cash and like being around lots of people go for it ")"
