"I can say it’s not a great area to feel secure. Cars getting broken into, people stealing paper tags , etc… Maybe secure that gate entrance or community cameras or something. Folks works hard to come out and they car gets broken into or tag is missing that alone is very frightening and frustrating. It’s happening often . I don’t think renewing is an option for me . I rather live somewhere where I can feel safe for the amount they charge here I seen better options with secure gates , and cameras. We all deserve a safe community/ environment."
"The maintence staff Demetris is amongst amazing. He took the time to explain all he was doing and the process to get my apartment maintenance request taken care of. The office staff Ms Felicia and Ms Sheri is beyond respectful and care about their tenants. I love this place"
"I had so many pending maintenance things that I hadn't got around to. Within minutes of putting in the request Felicia who works in office called me to confirm they'd be there to fix things shortly. Demetrius the maintenance man was amazing he was here for less than an hour. He fixed everything and put in orders for what needed to be replaced! He was thorough, professional and pleasant. So happy to have these two here. They help make this place a home"
"I would like to thank Felicia the property manager. She is professional, understanding and she really care about the residents. I have lived her almost 5 years. Since we got the new property managers and maintenance team this community has done a 360. Before when you put in a maintenance request it would take 4-5 weeks for anything to be done. I had two issues and they both were resolved within 24 hours. I put in a request today about 11:00 am. It’s ‘s 3:54 and a company was sent to my unit and fixed the issue. The residents are grateful to have great property managers like Felicia here to help us."
