Despite our busy schedules, she has consistently offered solutions and assistance, demonstrating a level of dedication that is truly commendable. In comparison to the six different apartment buildings we toured, we can without a doubt say that Amber's level of help and assistance has been unmatched. "I lived in this apartment complex for a year and initially had a positive experience. However, a series of issues arose when I transferred to a new unit. The management failed to inform us that the new unit was located underneath the gym (unit 526 in the north building). This lack of transparency was a major red flag. Initially, the management offered to terminate our lease with no penalties, but when we decided to proceed with that option and move to a different building, things took a turn for the worse. We were told that we could only transfer to a different unit in the same building and that legal involvement would be necessary. The whole process was needlessly complicated, and the manager, Jennifer, was not only unhelpful but also rude. The issues didn't stop there. The overall work ethic of the staff left much to be desired, with laziness prevailing and a lack of assistance in addressing resident concerns. Assigned parking spots were a constant source of frustration, as individuals regularly took spots that weren't theirs, leading to ongoing conflicts among residents. While the physical apartments were beautiful, the unpleasant experiences continued. A particularly distressing situation involved a neighbor who aggressively banged on our wall due to the noise from our alarm clock. Despite reporting the issue to the leasing office, the response was inadequate. A warning was issued after the first incident, but subsequent, more aggressive incidents were dismissed with a suggestion that we should lower our alarm clock volume. This response was not only dismissive but also placed blame on us for the actions of an aggressive neighbor. Living in this apartment complex became a nightmare, not due to the physical space but because of the management's lack of transparency, unhelpful attitude, and dismissive approach to resident concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as there are undoubtedly better-managed buildings in the area that offer a more positive living experience."

I must mention that Andres does an amazing job helping me and my mother with whatever we need.
