The View at Waters Edge

"I just moved in on the 6th... Jaline the assistant manager has been nothing but wonderful to me and my fiance. Also the staff have been very helpful and super friendly. Jaline has gone over and beyond to make this transition run smoothly. The scenery is so peaceful. I am actually sitting in one of the chairs by the poolside overlooking this beautiful lake while writing this review. They are a gated community w amenities included. If you are looking for a place to move. THIS IS IT ❤️"

"I’ve been here 3 years with my daughter and we love our apartment. It’s really nice with a beautiful balcony view. It’s my favorite place in the morning to have coffee and read my Bible. The maintenance team here is amazing!! They immediately take care of any maintenance request and go above and beyond. The community is nice and quiet. They always have fun things going on at the clubhouse and pool. The pool and gym are lovely. They are never crowded so it’s nice."

"Left because the rent shot up from 1600 to 2400. Just no way to justify such a jump. The second bedroom was only big enough to be a dog room or for a baby. The kayaks and the fact that they allowed my Great Dane were the two main reasons to live there. The apartments themselves aren’t worth it. Even if the floors are left clean they still charge your deposit for a company to steam the floor after you leave. I complained about the balcony having a piece of rebar breaking through and that the balcony was sinking(long crack along the wall)… they just cut the piece with a grinder and all the dog pee and rain kept draining into the wall of the person that lived under me. At least the Pool and gym were good."

"Jaline was the best when it came to our moving process, she made everything easy & helped us a lot. I can’t thank her enough. The maintenance team is great as well they are always helping out when I put in a maintenance request. The whole staff is amazing and cater to your needs. Any requests or concerns always get addressed right away/same day. Clean,calm area I am so productive when I am active in the community, since everyone is so nice it’s easier to be yourself here. I recommend here for any one who is interested in moving!"
