"Usually I don’t like to right reviews but I could miss out this place! This is a perfect place to rent! If you like beaches, some motion but in the same time want to find something quiet and cozy you have to move in here! The office stuff are amazing! Danny and Karen are super friendly and professional! All the maintenance requests are done very fast and well. Area around is clean and beautiful, especially I love the pool! There is a very beautiful club house with the free coffee and I love to take a cup and to walk around the lake. Also the view are terrific with the fountains! Especially on a sunset. Also I like holidays celebrations. You can enjoy delicious snacks and meet your neighbors)) WholeFoods right across the street and the movie theater in Downtown as well, a lots of restaurants and boutique stores. I love that a don’t have to take a car)) Definitely recommend!!!"

"I’m in love with this place! Couldn’t find anything better than Mira Flores for my baby! It’s super friendly, clean and beautiful community! We moved in here right before Christmas and it’s not a long term yet but I didn’t find any problems yet)) The biggest factor for me was that they have a kids playground. It’s small but it’s totally enough for my babygirl. I like that it’s gated and secure. Also there are a lot of cute ducks on the lake and we love to walk every day to watch birdies)) And it’s cool that only five minutes away a carousel and a train in Downtown!"
