"Carl is very attentive always quick to assist with any small things my fiancé notice around the apartment. Also seems to very knowledgeable in on the surrounding areas also. Pointed me in the direction of some good spots to eat, since we’re new to the area!!! Friendly staff and safe environment."

"I had an issue with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal, and called for maintenance. Within 30 minutes, Steve from maintenance was at my door and within less than five minutes my kitchen sink was fixed and all is well. Every time I have had Steve at my house to fix anything he has just been a complete pleasure. He works hard and he’s very efficient. Keep up the good work, Steve, you are greatly appreciated, and The Pavilions should appreciate you as well"

"I’ve truly enjoyed living here at Deer Chase Apartments. Everything is super close by and the property is always well kept. The maintenance and staff are amazing and always go above and beyond, especially Steven. He is one of the best maintenance workers they have here at the property. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a new place to live."

"This company is absolutely terrible, charging me a “lack of notice” for informing them a week shy of 60 days. They advised me the amount will be available to pay up until the 26th however failed to upload the charge to my account. The day before I move out they call to let me know they will post to the account and send to collections within one day. Sophia’s excuse was “ well you could have let us know you wanted to pay it” I have dealt with nothing but problems at this property from being stalked by neighbors to my upstairs neighbors constantly having police called, smoking in their unit and even starting a fire my husband had to put out and NO ACTION was taken by the office. The maintenance is the only part of this property that actually does their job. The “women” in the front office lack professionalism. They lack common sense among other things and my account balance has had a $0 for all of my final month I’ve checked every single day to see when they would hit me with their “fee”. Be aware—- this is a company that does NOT care bout their residents, if you have any issues at all or actually take care of the unit while living here please expect to be mistreated upon move out."

"I lived at Deer Chase from August of 2022 to May of 2023 and it’s one of the best places I have lived. Carl from maintenance is extremely helpful and any issues I had were resolved almost instantaneously. The apartments are modern, spacious, and very clean. The area is also well kept, no landscaping issues, and parking is not an issue. I’d recommend living here to anyone."
