"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the family-friendly Avalon Beach Resort in Deerfield Beach, Neal and his staff exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The rooms were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the heated pool, which provided endless fun and relaxation for my son. The attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness throughout the resort truly set it apart. Neal and his team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction, making us feel like valued guests from start to finish. I cannot recommend Avalon Beach Resort highly enough. For families seeking a memorable and enjoyable getaway, this location truly shines. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Neal and staff, for an unforgettable experience. "Hotel close to the Beach at Deerfield Beach. We stayed there for just one night for tourists reasons. Room was somewhat outdated and not in good condition. Missed cleanliness, very noise AC, almost all night very loud room neighbors. There is also no breakfast offered. Staff was friendly however pictures look better than in real. For the price I definitely expected much more and better."

"If I could give less than one star I would. I booked a king bed, non-smoking room at Super 8 by Wyndham in Munfordville, KY for one night through Avalon Vacation Resorts website. When I got there the room was a queen bed, handicapped room that had a bathroom wreaking of urine. I spoke to the front desk, but they were full and would do nothing because I booked through a 3rd party. Called Avalon who called the hotel and was told by the manager that Avalon told them to book a queen handicapped room and no refund was coming. I called Avalon again and while originally told they would get me another hotel room and I'd be refunded for this one, now I was told I could sleep in a queen bed and that wasn't a reason for a refund. They said the manager inspected the room (not true) and it was fine. At 7:00 pm, what was I going to do??? My travel concierge was taking the word of the hotel manager over mine. I wish I'd never heard of Avalon! Their service stinks!!!"

"My family and I decided to stay at the Avalon before heading on a cruise and I have to say I was impressed. We were greeted by barb in the office. She was pleasant and showed us to our room big and clean. When we had an issue with our TV. We contacted Barb and she was able to help and accommodate us quickly while maintenance fixed the issue. My family and I will definitely be back. Great staff. Thank you Avalon"

"Very pleased with my stay at the Avalon Resort. Upon checking in I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help. They are pet friendly which was helpful to allow us to bring our pup. Had one issue with AC not getting cold but maintenance came and fixed it within a few minutes of telling the front desk. The putting green next to the pool was a pleasant surprise. Our room was very large with a full kitchen and master bedroom so plenty of room and awesome balcony with water view. Thank you to everyone at Avalon! Can’t wait to visit again."
