"I was told my credentials were not documents they could accept?!!!… hmm…. Then I was wished good luck in hunting for place of residency…. Very unprofessional!!! No one answered phones or even respond to messages. I still have no idea what happened to my application ?!!… very unprofessional Makes me wonder is it because my skin is brown…. Once I sent id… I was told my docs were not accepted… hmmm… Follow up : I received a generic response from leasing office. The care team advised they can be reached by phone and or text. Unfortunately, I’ve left several messages and texts which for the most part both have gone unanswered. Team is unresponsive."

"Current resident for 6 months, please don’t take it to heart about PRIOR residents calling others “trashy”. Usually the ones who can’t see past their nose are the trashy ones. It’s an apartment complex and you will meet various people and various personalities. I’ve made my complaints, and Kim and Mark has both addressed our concerns immediately. Maintenance is great, we personally never had issues with anything being fixed on a timely manner. It is difficult to get someone on the phone but use the app and email. Unfortunately there are some prior residents who didn’t keep up with their apartment and left the inside and outside like trash because they would rather be “scrappy” wanting to argue and look down on others. It really doesn’t take much time and energy to clean up after yourself and your family. We moved here and the only trashy dirty people we experienced were these tenants downstairs, thankfully they were gone by July. Good riddance! Also if you didn’t like it…why does your husband keep coming back to use the amenities like washing his car? Hmm.. Other than this prior resident who we had the unfortunate experience by moving above her and she came at me the wrong way (I’m the wrong one) and another resident. We haven’t had issues with anyone else. Beautiful community. The additional fees caught us of guard but other than that we like it here."

"Update 10/23/22 - 4 stars to 1 My apartment had water pour in my windows during Hurricane Ian. An email went out for anyone with damages to reply with those damages. I promptly replied with photos of all the damage and details of damage that didn't photograph well (soaking wet carpet). I was told to submit service requests for all the damage. Which I did. I responded to the initial email sent October 12th that my walls were growing mold and I felt the carpet was moldy as well in both bedrooms. Our office manager was out and I received an email from another complex handling the emails that there was no ETA on repairs. I emailed the corporate offices about this the same day. On the 13th I received a phone call from a maintenance man outside my apartment. He asked if he could go in and he took more photos. Nothing has still been done. I emailed corporate again on the 20th and I have heard nothing. My walls still grow mold and I have to constantly wipe them with bleach. This isn't fixing the problem since the walls were saturated with water so I am only getting the surface mold. I have a child that lives with me and I cannot get an ETA on when this will be fixed. And while I understand that getting a contractor is probably difficult right now - the VERY least they could do is cut out the drywall and put some plastic up or something to prevent mold spores growing. They have not done this. ---- Update 2/28/23 - It took 82 days to complete the repairs. My sons bedroom had the drywall replaced but no paint. Hurricane Nicole hit & my sons bedroom was once again damaged. These damages were also reported. No repairs were done on either room until I submitted a 7 day notice to vacate per Florida Residential Landlord-Tenant Act on 11/29/22. Suddenly repairs were made a priority. On 12/2 people starting coming out. I was told the walls would be scraped of paint, sealed, and repainted. Once the paint started to be removed it was realized how extensive the damage was. Drywall was cut out and tons of mold was revealed. I don't know what the call to the contractors was like but they were under the impression there was MINIMAL damage, there was extensive damage they were not prepared for. The leasing manager was then called into my apt to show her how bad it was. The damage to the exterior wall was never repaired. (Another spot was, not the area contributing to the water seeping into my apartment.) I had dryers placed in my apartment for days. Rent for Dec was paid late due to the vacate. There was an agreement that if repairs were not complete on 12/2 like promised then the vacate would stay in place, I spoke to Kimberlee the 2nd when she was in my apt about waiting until 12/5 to make a final decision on vacating or not. She was OK with this. Rent was paid 12/3 due to receiving a notice that eviction process would start, this incurred a $100 late fee. With a vacate in place that was not to be finalized or cancelled until the 5th this should've been waived. I spent weeks begging for $100 to be refunded after living with mold for 2 months. I was finally granted this on 12/22. 12/22 the repairs were finalized. The carpets were cleaned 2x but not replaced. My son and I lived with moldy walls from 10/1 to 12/2. This entire experience was horrible. ---- The community is nice. The apartment however is run down. Cracks everywhere in the paint, poorly filled in holes, the cabinet doors are falling apart, appliances are old and have lots of wear n tear, fixtures are old, you can hear your neighbors opening their sliding doors at any time, the windows are old, and every door is banged up. You'll pay for everything in addition to your high rent. So parking spaces which are extremely limited and people always park in your reserved spot, water/sewer, electricity, cable. If you want to remove an occupant due you have to reapply and pay a fee for that as well. Staff is extremely nice but this place is overpriced for what you get and the fees are absurd."
