"I recently moved out after living at The Reserve for 2.5 years and I am so sad to leave! If I didn't need to relocate out of state for work, I don't think my husband or I would ever rent an apartment anywhere else. It is very quiet, safe, clean, etc. The location is truly unbeatable. You walk downstairs and you're surrounded by restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, salons, etc. Anything you could possibly need is either walkable, or you can take the free trolley that runs north/south of Ponce de Leon to get to Trader Joes or the Shops at Merrick Park in 5 min. Hillary and Karla in the office and Oscar at concierge are always extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartments themselves are very spacious, modern, and have tons of kitchen and closet storage. It feels like you're living in a condo rather than a typical apartment. If I ever move back to Miami, I would 100% move back here."

Hillary made me feel extremely welcome, she was thorough and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She has continued to be of great assistance with great communication. "I do not usually write public reviews but, after reading what other people have posted, I thought would be only fair to share my personal experience at this property. The Management office run by Melissa and the Leasing team headed by Hillary with the assistance of Chris, are simply top-notch; always courteous, helpful and extremely professional. This boutique building is architecturally sophisticated with highly elegant and tasteful common areas. As you enter the building, you are greeted by the Concierge team lead by Esteban, who is always eager to assist with a smile on. The building is new and as such -and expected, some issues have come up, but have always been dealt with immediately and with the outmost professionalism. The leasing office has always kept us informed and in the loop of any maintenance issue being addressed, always going above and beyond to make sure any inconvenience is always kept to a minimum. Hillary has always been readily available to answer any questions I have had, making my experience at The Reserve at The Plaza, a special one."
