My favorite by far is the staff — Camila, Ralph, Santia, all the evening concierge staff, Josselin in maintenance. I came here from out of state and had no help with me. Each of them went out of their way to help me beyond their job roles. Help move my really heavy boxes, above and beyond in maintenance requests, a friendly wave everyday! Everyone is so responsive and kind. Most importantly, I feel safe here. The buildings are beautiful. Trader Joe’s on the corner. Place is great."

"Josselin with maintenance was great! He fixed a request i had with an electrical outlet and didn’t leave until it was fixed! I had another maintenance request for my washer and he came right after to fix it. He informed me that I needed a new washer. He made sure everything was working fine with the brand new washer and came over the next day to install it with some help! He was incredibly friendly and made sure everything i needed was taken care of. Maintenance is professional and amazing! Also shout out to Belma and Camila in the leasing office who are incredibly kind and are always great in assisting me in anything i need!!!"
"Upon move-in, there were several small maintenance requests I needed resolved. Gabby not only handled them all in one quick visit, but he also replaced a few things he noticed needed to be fixed. He was kind, professional, and answered all my questions while resolving all issues within my unit."
