"I am here now. Not happy. Property Management is here (sometimes) at that is about it, their regular daily guy onsite is nice but inconsiderate of detail and noise. I read an earlier review that stated the lobby floor being washed and not dried. This is my experience and to add ... Lysol that was so strong that I had to hold the lobby door open to breathe until the elevator showed up to the 1st floor (see attached pictures). The get into the elevator, no Lysol stench but soaked with water on a new placed vinyl floor. With so much to do and detail around here I see it odd that the maintenance guy would blow out the parking lot when there are is no real landscaping or trees to dump leaves. Once you get passed the nice looking lobby, gym and party rooms the building upgrades stop. Old infrastructure, needs upgrades, need repairs, needs better maintenance, better management. At almost $800.00 month HOA/Condo management fees and 72 units (I think) you would think the condition and upkeep of this building would be better. Bottom line .... you might want to look somewhere else."
"Sea Gulls Condos in Islamorada is a beautiful oceanfront condo complex. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, groceries and more. The fact that you can do weekly rentals (7 day minimum) allows you to use it as an investment property also. The beachfront pool, kayak storage and launch, workout facility and the beautiful new lobby entrance and community room, make this a great option to visit and stay or to own."

"This is a beautiful spot, our stay was relaxed, the beach us beautiful and the pool is also very nice. I enjoyed being right on the water. Even with the hurricane damages on the main floor which is under construction, it was still quiet and enjoyable."
