Atlantic Bay Resort

"The resort is amazing and very well maintained. The beach is great and you can get a kayak complementary. The stuff is very nice Our room got a not so nice smell, we think is was treated after wetness or mold. The bath was just shower, didn’t have an handle… not good for the ladies that doesn’t want to wet their hair. The room face the court and we couldn’t have complete privacy. Even the curtain didn’t went completely down The breakfast place could be very nice but it only got coffee and cookies. If not for the room it was definitely 5 ⭐️ We were after very long journey, so we didn’t complain about it… for 1 night, we decided not to get into argument. Im sure all can be corrected and it would have been a great stay"

"Everything was okay and pretty awesome. Lack is if I need to mention then I would say their breakfast option and the rooms aren’t beachfront even though they mentioned it is but not all. However it’s close to beach and property is on the beach itself. It was nice stay and staffs were nice except they didn’t allow 15 mins late checkout so you judge."

"They have nice, newer rooms and we enjoyed staying in a bigger one as the smaller room would have been too crowded for two people. That's the best part. It's on the more expensive side for this area. The room amenities were okay, but more thought was put into the Home Goods style decorations then in making it user friendly for the guests. A lack of hooks, bars or shelving to hang towels or clothing, etc. was not helpful. The toilet paper was awful. and the Continental breakfast was really lame! No fresh fruit nor yogurt, etc. The little muffins were so bad, they should not have offered any food at all. Also, we heard a very loud banging sound for multiple hours on a Sunday which sounded like an electric saw. It may have been a loose gutter banging on the siding outside of our room, #11. We recommend going elsewhere as there are many better values to be had nearby. At least the room was clean! We think the other high ratings for this resort are incorrect, as we have experienced much better places nearby. It's overpriced!"

"We like going to the Keys so we stopped in just to check out the property. We walked down to the water and was looking around when an employee came up to us and asked if we were driving the blue truck and we said yes. She then asked if we were checking in and we said no, we were from out of town and said we were just checking out your place and she responded with "I'm going to have to ask you to leave, this is private property". I'm impressed that an employee would be on top of insuring that only paid guests are using the property but the wife and I are in our sixties and not even close to being hooligans! Not staying there!"

"Great property. Very quaint and peaceful. Room was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and I would say there is a good chance we will return in the future. The A/C unfortunately did go out in our room on night two. I bring this up not as a criticism of the hotel, however, quite the opposite. We compliment them on the way they handled the situation. Thank you."
