Also, the rest of the staff from Patrick to the manager and the Maintenance team were so pleasant and had a great sense of humor. The comradery of the team is amazing. The application process and turn around time was so fast and painless. This is where you want to be if you are looking to rent. Looking forward to my stay here."

"I have lived here for 20 yrs and have found less and less attention paid to this community. The buildings were last painted in 2016. The driveways need repair but cannot be done until the buildings are painted. The garbage area is often a mess especially on holidays when no one is on duty to take care of the mess-piles of garbage bags outside the full compactor. The office staff very rarely answers the phone directly. You must leave a message-I have begun to call Houston to get someone to help me and answer my questions. This is a pretty well placed community that badly needs an overhaul and loving care. Camden raises the rent at least 200 a month for each lease renewal. I suspect that Camden Management is laughing all the way to the bank with their bonus checks."

"I just recently moved into Camden Portofino, and the whole process was such a pleasant experience. The entire office staff was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The Maintenance staff is great as well. They are always around fixing any issues you may have. On my move in date when I arrived, My unit that I moved into was beyond what I was expecting. I have a three bedroom unit and the floor plans are huge! In the past, I've moved into several other complexes and it seemed like everything and anything went wrong during my move in but, not at Camden Portofino! The property and the grounds are kept nice and clean and the entire staff makes you feel that you truly moved into a HOME, and not just another apartment. You can tell the staff cares about their positions and go above and beyond to keep the community looking and running the way it is. I would recommend Camden Portofino to anyone that is currently looking to find a great place to live! They have huge Floorplans, great amenities, professional staff members and a clean community what more could someone ask for? Thanks again to the entire staff at Camden Portofino for making my family and I feel welcome since day one. My wife and our kids all love our new home and we are extremely happy that we chose Camden Portofino for our new home!"
