"I’ve recently moved in 12/9/2023 to be exact so this review comes roughly 3 weeks and a few days after being a resident. While the demo is slightly different from the actual apartment you receive in size and interior I’m okay in that area. My problem comes when they don’t take the time to actually live up to the “luxury apartment “ experience they advertise… showing a demo apartment naturally makes one skeptical. But then you move in and the previous tenant was not the cleanest and the apartment owners or management is just in a rush to get someone in, so you walk into an apartment covered in spiders ! It’s like they painted over dust and dirt. The fridge is missing a complete shelf, the washing machine smells like mildew , the faucets have mold and there is so many grease/oil stains in the kitchen on the cabinets and the stove has grease burns on a glass top stove. The a/c doesn’t cool through out the unit!!! So far I’ve had two MINOR service request completed. management is so nonchalant no one has offered any reasonable solutions or acted as if they cared... I had to actually hire a cleaner to come deep clean a new luxury apartment that I just moved into , in order to feel comfortable enough to even shower. Which she also pointed out how they just painted over dirt making it hard for her to adequately clean certain spots !!!! Sorry can’t upload videos. But long story short I will not renew lease at end of the year. My 2k can be better spent somewhere else. although the community is pretty quiet and clean . I don't pay to live outside so, I expect better."

"Moved out after staying for 4 years. During my stay here, my new car was stolen which was in the parking lot (gated one with camera). When moved out, they charged me close to $2K (crazy amount) without proper explanation. They shared pictures but those things could have been taken care by deep cleaning which might cost less than "

"Lived here for about two years. It's expensive but that's everywhere. Maintenance team I'm giving 10 stars something broke they fixed it very quickly. The office was very helpful and helped me in any way they could even tho I don't agree with all the policy's. The pool on the weekend is literally packed with people throwing parties. But walking around was very peacefully and the fishing is great."
