Our property manager Ms. Sherry is a wonderful person and ensure that every tenant is satisfied with the service they receive, from complaints, work orders or any other concerns they may have. She steps right in and take care of the situation. Ms. Sherry and the staff here has displayed great teamwork and work ethics. They show and treat the tenants with respect. Honestly, I never seen Ms. Sherry upset. If she is, I wouldn't know. That's what make living here in Covenant feel so comfortable and safe, for my family and myself. I rather reside here than any place else."

She had such a friendly, positive, energetic attitude and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Ms. Catrina gave us a tour of the property and the apartment which looked amazing.
