"I have been there on so many occasions, and the woman who is there, very poorly educated, does not want to give information, she only says that there are no vacant apartments, it is obvious that she is Latin and she does not want to speak Spanish either, if you cannot serve people, do not work there.."
"Went into the leasing office on multiple occasions inquiring about a 2 bedroom. When I went there a Spanish lady was there, and she seemed aloof and condescending, I went back again and it was the same thing. I went back again, last week and to my surprise I saw a black woman in there, hesitant to speak, I asked questions about what I wanted, and she was enthusiastic, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind and for the first time I felt good about the possibility of becoming a future resident of Calusa Estates, even though she informed me that there was no availability right now, I still left feeling positive! Thank you for your compassion, because you never know what people are going through."
