"Doral oaks do do anything around here as far as fixing stuff they get to it when they feel like it you can call or put a work order in and act like they didn’t get it or you didn’t call. Poor management everytime its new management nobody does nothing better for the community and cleaning it up . Pot holes all In the road . Been put in a noise complaint about my neighbors and didn’t Do nothing. Mold growing all through the apartment and nothing is being done . Currently trying to break my lease . I highly don’t recommend the area or apartments"

"I can’t even begin to describe how horrible this place is. Misbehaved kids run around daily, screaming and tearing things up as well as hitting cars in the parking lot. The pool is constantly shut down and when it’s not shut down it’s swarmed with those kids. We had a break in on January and it is now august and they have STILL not fixed it despite constantly saying they would. Unacceptable. Denise and Candace + the other girls at the office have disgusting attitudes. Very unfriendly and immediately argumentative. One time, she put her hands in my face and yelled “EXCUSE ME” because I asked a simple question. Maintenance is incompetent and does not know how to do literally anything. They come in, make a mess, and then leave saying they’ll send someone out and guess what? Nobody comes out. You have to hound the office for basic service. These apartments are swarmed with roaches and rats. The plumbing is horrible, water is constantly getting shut off. There is high criminal activity here, multiple of my neighbors have had cars stolen and or boosted/broken into. They claim there is security, but there is not. We have checked. They lie constantly. Please be aware, many of the 5 star reviews are from employees trying to save face. This isn’t even HALF of what’s wrong with this place. Please you guys, find somewhere else to live. It may seem nice at first but I promise you, you WILL regret moving to Doral Oaks. EDIT: hilarious how they reply and tell us to call them as if we haven’t been calling you guys all year to address these issues yet they won’t fix anything or get anything done. Cut the BS replies to make your business look good to unsuspecting potential residents and TAKE CARE OF THE ONES WHO ARE PAYING YOU RENT"

"This place is horrible and dirty. The agents in the rent office are very rude, and an organized I applied for apartment and was approved but when I went into the apartment there were roach eggs, roach droppings, cobwebs, holes in the wall, peeling paint and to top it off the apartment smells like an old nursing home. When I informed Denise that this apartment was unacceptable she stated all apartments are like this. I didn’t let her know that I will not be moving into this apartment she became upset and belligerent and started talking loud. She did that with another agent and started saying things about me I am going to report this place to the Better Business Bureau and I do not recommend this place to anyone stay away!!!!"

"If I could give less I would. I lived there for 1 yr and moved out as fast as I could. They say there is pest control. No there isn't. I worked from home for the whole time I lived there. They would tell me they did it..or that its next week. I'm home!! No one ever came. Maintaince is a joke! AC handler broke down in the middle of summer and they did not offer any suggestions. We had to stay for 3 days with friends and family. The office said I could always just buy a window a.c. unit. Really! The roof leaked..like a shower! I took video and pictures. Showed them to the office and to the maintenance. Nothing got done. I called corporate, nothing got done. I called the building code enforcement. They were violated 5 times. Not to mention the rats. And not little ones! The office response..Thats normal for a appartment complex."
