"I dont even give this place one star . Maintenance sucks can't get any repairs done always excuses. The manager rides the park looking for things to wright you up on . Instead of riding and looking for repairs they can make. Witch would be far greater lust than the write up list. Special needs kids stay clear not friendly to to them at all . . My niece lives there and she hates it"

"My vehicle was recently towed and cost me 220 dollars to get back. I was parked on the edge of my yard and in the street due to there not being any overflow parking spots available. The response I got from the office was very insincere and this also took place right before the lot rent was due. I told them I might not be able to make my payment on time due to this inconvenience and they threaten me with eviction. I feel the tow was unnecessary and a personal attack on me because that same day I counted 14 cars parked in the grass on one street and not one of them was towed. I was also told we can’t park on the street which I was unaware of. They only ever say we can’t park on the grass. I sent a second email to the community staff and have heard nothing back sense. I feel additional overflow parking should be added to accommodate more residents so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They also said the tow truck company towed it on their own accord and the tow truck company said they were called out to tow it. I am highly disappointed in how this was handled and feel the community should reimburse me for the fees I had to pay to get my vehicle back."
