"My wife and I lived here for nearly 2 years and only moved out because we just needed more room and work commute. Huntington was a great place to live. The office team was very timely and responsive so any issues. The maintenance team is hands down unreal. They are amazing, attentive, and thorough...not to mention extremely nice! We did have a pest issue, but they were quick to get exterminators to our apartment and treat as much as we needed (though admittedly never able to totally get rid of the issue but did get much much better). Overall, I would recommend Huntington to anyone."

"If you love over priced, moldy, roach infested apartments with staff that lies about everything this is your place. We lived in these apartments for 3 years and the amount of issues we had were insane. Ac issues to the point we had to contact the company who owns the apartments to get it fixed. Told “they’re old buildings with bad insulation so not much they can do” we couldn’t even cook dinner without it getting up to 90° inside. Mold that was wiped off the vents and painted over. Bugs that we were told “it’s Florida” and “if one apartment has them the whole building will” and management (Michelle) that lies to you over packages being delivered to the wrong address. Appliances being left in the walkway for weeks at a time during their renovations, the trash dumpster always overflowing into the street, I could go on forever. Also let’s not forget the gates that never work. I’d steer clear of this place if at all possible."
