"I would like to state my appreciation to the staff and the apartments. The apartments are a year old and are beautiful. The time for a year I have found this to be the best fit for me. I have owbed my own homes and am very glad I was able to secure a place here. Spent timeless days to months looking. You will not be disappointed. The staff members I have no horror stories about them. Any problems are addressed at same day or next. The office staff work well with me so I am very pleased and fortunate. I will never move ! Yolanda office manager great Leo goes beyond repairs asked to do to make sure we are all looked after. He will even help carry groceries and your trash !!! What more could you want at a place to live Thank you staff and all the great neighbor's."

"This place is beautiful. And Mr Leo is an amazing grounds keeper very nice and curioust. The problem here is their rent sky rocketed. For a 55 and over community with no pool no recreational activities for the elders. Here there are elderly ppl living with nothing to do as far as fitness.staff r all very friendly and kind. But the Apts here are very small. And u can't see them till ur approved n ready to move in. Me being on a fixed income I applied when their rent was in the 446 that was 1 mnth ago. Is ashamed because is quite very clean and has elevators.if the rent had stayed afforable would of moved in np. Other then that is a beautiful quite n safe place u can call home."

"I am an extremely happy tenant. Quiet,clean and safe. Management is always happy to assist with any concerns, Chelsea is an absolute angel ,helping organize events for all tenants to attend. Leo the superintendent, is always ready to help assist in solving an issues that might arise ,as well as maintaining the apartments and grounds impeccably. Couldn't be happier with the staff and with my apartment."
