"THEY BRIBE RESIDENTS WITH RAFFLES FOR GOOD REVIEWS. Bloomingdale Woods has literally been a living nightmare. From rats and roaches, to constant leaks and flooding, to toxic black mold and horrible management. I unfortunately only found about these things after moving in but have pictures and proof of everything! Please please please do not move into this apartment community. It is cheaper than others for a reason. I was even constantly getting sick from the mold in the apartment and my pets for severe allergies. This place was a living nightmare but I’ll let the pictures do the talking."

"We love it here!!!! With amenities like a gym, pool, car wash station, valet trash, what’s not to love, the staff extremely friendly and make you feel at home. The maintenance request system works amazing and are quick to respond even within the same day! We even have ducks and lizards that always hang out near our patio and around the ponds on property which is always cool. Holiday pool activities and events is what they do! Much love y’all"

"The staff here is professional and very polite! When I have a problem, the office manager and maintenance respond immediately. The complex has a great fitness center and swimming pool! You are in close proximity to excellent eateries and grocery stores. If you're looking to live in the Valrico/Brandon region, I strongly recommend this apartment complex!"
