"Horrible. Four years ago the place was a 7 out of 10. Now a days might as well not even waist the money. There’s MOLD growing in all the walls and when you point it out they’ll say “it’s nothing” but send a contractor out “weeks later” to tear a whole in the bathroom.. Not one apartment is renovated, they’ve had the same appliances sense the early 90s. Never can keep a maintenance person or FRONT OFFICE REP. Management acts like they don’t speak English so when you speak Spanish the act like they don’t know that either. 1500 for 2-1 with no amenities at all. Cats and ducks poop and throw up all over the place and your roof will leak during a sun shower. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. I’ve lived here for 5 years now and what pushed me to speak out on this horrible place is…ONE thing they offer, witch is a laundry room, DOESNT DRY THE CLOTHES. If there was a sign in the door you wouldn’t have gotten this."

"It's quiet for the most part, they have a hard time keeping maintenance workers, probably because corporate hasn't replaced the broken maintenance cart. The recent property manager was let go, I'm assuming it may have had something to do with her relationship with one of the residents who were running a day care out of their apartment. I had to complain about all the screaming kids making noise and banging on my wall, to her credit, she did address it. But I had heard others in the area were having serious issues with all the kids in that apartment. Something tells me that the people that were running a day care out of their apartment were either doing it illegally because as soon as the property manager was let go, a few days later, they were moving out. My neighbor told me horror stories that she had to go through being her apartment was right behind theirs."

"It's ok i guess. I've never lived here only visited. But the new manager is retarded or something. Standing in the middle of the entrance in the road holding a conversation with someone and won't get the hell out of the way for traffic. Hello lady!!! YOU'RE in the STREET and no one can get by. Hello is anyone in there!!! I should have led her with a sub sandwich. I'll bet she would move for that."

"This is absolutely the worst place to live. This place is infested with bugs. There is a major mold issue that they refuse to fix. I've asked repeatedly for someone to come out. They came out, spray painted over it and said the remaining mold was dust. So many corners are cut because of laziness. The woman in the office is something else. She is so rude, she acts like everyone is bothering her when tenants need anything. She is NEVER there. She never follows the office hours. When you can finally get a hold her, she acts like you are beneath her and she can't help you."

"This place is going down hill. Since the prior office manager left, nothing gets accomplished and no can even answer the phone. I've never felt so stuck in a lease and tempted to break it. No maintenance issues are fixed the correct way or in a timely fashion. When they finally do pick up the phone they act like you are bothering them. It's over priced, not that nice to look at and they have nothing to offer... there's no pool or playground. The only saving grace this place has is the washer and dryer hook ups in each unit. They don't even have central air. Just a wall unit that never works properly and runs your electric bill up every month."
