"Realty Executives listed and sold my next door neighbor's house. From what I heard my neighbor took a bath there. The real estate sales lady was rude, parked on my lawn several times, acted like a Park Avenue Diva when I could tell the accent was as farm girl as they come. Told me I was "Just a renter". Then I heard her talking to another saleswoman and call me "The Cripple" (I use a walker). The ADA will be receiving a call about that. Little did she know I was renting for 3 months to get to know the area and am currently in a contract to buy a house in Bridgeport right on the lake. I probably would have used her if she had behaved since I didn't know any other real estate people in the area. I wish I could remember her name to name her personally. I will call my old neighbor and edit this review once I get her name. Thin blond lady with hair to her shoulders and a nasty attitude."

"I have been in property management since November 1973. I first dealt with a mr Jenson who I found very professional and he rented to wonderful people. However he went into sales and they brought in a new guy that I found to be very unprofessional. I owned and managed rental property for people for the long term and vacation rentals were new to me so I called and asked to meet with the new man to have him visit my wonderful two bedroom designer home in the villages. I never met him but I cleaned the home and had it ready and ordered the higher priced maid service so it would be extra clean. I then got a call from the new man who I felt was very unprofessional even rude telling me that my high end microwave had to be replaced because it was to old (It was only a year old )and he replaced it with a cheap one and charged me for it. The staff no longer seemed as friendly. The next renters were great then my neighbors told me the last people had several people and I found several things missing and no one took inventory I Just had to eat it. Mr Jenson went to another real estate company and I tried to get a hold of him to see if he could recommend a better rental management company and to buy more homes to rent out but he would not call me back (the new man wouldn't have talked behind my back would he?). I love the Villages however I don't think it's good for rentals as an owner unless you can manage it yourself. Since I live elsewhere I need a good management company and I can't seem to find that at the Villages. Because of the sale of other property's I had a lot of cash getting no interest and had to buy rentals in California where I found an awesome management company that also sold me several properties."
