"Expensive for what they offer. Dog park is small and not well maintained. The gym is a joke. Again the price of the rent they could offer a decent gym. The energy bill is split among everyone in the building. So even though you're not in the apartment for an entire month because of vacation, somehow I still gotta pay over 100 bucks for electric bill. They make you pay 95 dollar for a horrible wifi service that only works in the living room. If I got in the bathroom I have no signal. If your rent is 1600 you'll end up paying around1800 because of all the extra stuff they charge you. People upstairs walk heavy, it wakes up my new born and when the baby is up we can't sleep. So we have no peace. Office says nothing they can do about the noise. Definitely not worth the price they charge you."

"They are the nicest folks I have ever dealt with. We were looking for a nice place and found this lovely place in Saint Cloud. They made the process very easy and they guided me every step of the way and they made us excited since this is a brand new complex. We live in Orlando currently but can not wait to move to Saint Cloud and call this place home. Kudos to Stephanie Natasha and Alyssa for being the best. They will take care of you. **Update** We moved in July 20th and the process was easy and smooth. Natasha, Alyssa, Susan, Perla, and Pedro made sure everything was up to par for us moving in. Any concerns they took care of right away. I am looking forward to being a resident here for a long time. **June 13, 2023** I can not thank the staff enough for there professionalism and kindness that they have shown me and my wife. We were in the process of transferring to a two bedroom when we were advised that we had to cancel the transfer due to a unforeseen circumstance and have to admit our anxiety was high. We sat down and spoke with Naesha and she resolved everything and we are on the way to a 2 bed in august :-) she found a way to turn a frown upside down. Her professionalism and willingness to make things work will forever make us grateful. You have long time residents here :-) so to the staff including Allyssa, Pedro, Wakeem *sorry if I’m spelling it wrong* thank you all for being the best and I have to admit this is the best customer service we have ever had. If your looking for a place talk to Allyssa, and Naesha they will make you feel right at home."

"I have been here about two weeks and I love it here! Allyssa was my leasing consultant and she made it soooooo easy. Everything was online. She walked me through the pet paperwork. Communication was seamless. She was off one day and Susan was readily available to fill in and had all my information ready to go. The apartment? LOVE IT! Can you say, “STORAGE FOR DAYS”?! I moved from a 4/3 to a 2/2 and literally had enough room for everything (beautifully organized) with plenty of storage to spare. I have two Doodles that LOVE the dog park and so far all of the residents have been incredibly friendly. After looking at eight different places, including houses, I definitely made the right decision moving here."
