Of course they don't offer refunds when their awful machines don't work... worst part is you contact staff about it, they just shrug their shoulders say its not their problem then go back to chit chatting with eachother. You know what they say, you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money here."

"WORST - PLACE - EVER ! Don't even think about stay in this crappy place. This motel is full of roaches and other nice ants and BEDBUGS. Absolutly NO housekeeping. The place is full of criminals (including the owner of the motel), and they will keep your $100 deposit without any reason ! You wanna call the cops on them ? Don't even try, you will get arrested and trespassed by some crooked cops without any legitimate reason... If you want your car jacked or your kids raped, this is the place to be !"

"All I'm going to say is I hope you get the right room at the right part of the building. Place is full of criminals and petiphiles. Security is slack. The criminal element is very active here. People let their children run wild. I even saw some little kids fighting. Due to the presence of petiphiles, I did not allow my children to go outside when we were there. I'm so happy my vehicle had an alarm. I slept better. The room was not perfect, but livable. Police make constant visits to this place, but still, keep your gun loaded and ready, and don't be afraid to use it. Good luck."

"First, let me start by saying that i stayed @ the kissimmee maingate (7300 W Irlo Bronson) in the summer of 2010...we had so much mold in our room from a leaking a/c that they had to move us...after a week of complaining, but when i needed a place to stay this summer, i tried to give it another shot. I spent almost $600 to check in for 2 rooms + the deposit (which is a joke cuz they try to keep as much of that money as possible in the end). The rooms were normal of what you would expect for the price...i wasn't concerned with it, but as far as service and politeness, they are truly the worst!!! My sister's room was in a building that they had a constant "cigarette butt throwing" problem (and maintainance, i guess was tired of working) so they saw my sister outside smoking (she didn't throw the butt) and she was hit with a "write up" the next day!! That was the start of the drama! Then, my room's a/c started to leak....so we complained about it...they came to fix it and had to vaccuum the rug because the water was making it smell like there was a cat in the room. Then, they came to "inspect" my room because they suspected i had a cat in my window (which was a stuffed animal left in the window by my children)...they aggrivated my husband because the smell was coming from their a/c and not our "invisible cat"...he decided we would check out later that week. After we paid, a security guard (that by the way deals and does drugs on their property) came to the door and gave us a notice saying that after we check out, we r not to ever check in again to their "establishment". On our check out day, he went to get his $65 (they take out $35 if u stay more than 3 weeks) and they wanted to give him $10!!! They still accused him of having a cat in the room! He got extremely ticked off and demanded they give him his money...after an arguement with the manager, she finally gave him only $50! If kissimmee has housing projects, this would be the location!!! Their pools have black mold in the bottom (that got my kids sick) and tadpoles!!! They have those "scuba divers" from the dive shop clean it and not a professional, so its nasty and even when they say its clean....it isn't!! They don't have to worry about me going there again! It was not worth the money to be treated that way!"

"Please do not stay here! Cheap? ($168) a week, but you get what you pay for. This place is a nightmare! Most of the residents that have no other options. They are mostly ex-convicts and felons that can not get security clearance in local apartments. The hotel is really, really run down and repairs are makeshift and done by unskilled workers. The residents are mostly poor hispanics and poor blacks families with many people crammed into a hotel room. You can hear people in the next room as walls are paper thin. The kids run un-supervised all over the property, screaming at all hours of the night. Garbage is staked up all over the place. The staff and management especially (Miguel) is rude hispanic thug. He will treat you like your scum also. They will steal your $100 security deposit under false pretenses and even lock you out if your even a minute late with payment. Please, Please, Please, look for another place or you will regret it!"
