Delamarre at Celebration

"My mom lives here and her wifi has been out off and on for the last month and the apartment complex doesn’t do anything about it. She’s had to live with me because a lot of her important devices need wifi to function. The worst part is she can’t even change her internet provider because the apartment forces her to use this awful internet service. The apartment will probably reply to this saying apologies for the inconvenience etc etc and send the same email template they have been using for months. At this point your words mean nothing. People’s lives are being affected and you couldn’t care less!"

"If you work from home, avoid this complex at all costs. Have been living here for slightly over a month and have had internet outages 25% of the time. Currently experiencing one now and am on day four of no solutions. Last one lasted six days. Plus, on some days it will randomly disconnect you. Overall, have experienced two weeks of internet outages and I've only been here six weeks. It's a shame because it's truly been the only downside to living here, but this one downside makes it unlivable whether working from home or not. Avoid the headaches and go elsewhere. Worst part is they offered a $100 compensation for grievances... not having internet and having to live outside of your home a whole week out of the month is at least a $500 expense to renters and that's minimum on 1/4 of rent costs and doesn't including expenses of having to live elsewhere temporarily. And nobody seems to truly care about fixing the issue. Negative energy. Avoid it."

"My lease is coming due in April. I have been a resident since they first opened, have always paid my rent on time and have never had any issues regarding property expectations and standards and despite all the issues we as residents have incurred during our residency (for which the list is long/never ending) my rent is increasing substantially. Simultaneously, Delamarre is offering lower rates, 6 weeks free rent and Disney annual passes to new tenants- with no concessions for loyal, diligent tenants who adhere to all rules and regulations and always pay their rent on time. What has your experience been with regard to renewing your lease? TIA"

"We have recently moved to Delamarre apartments from New Hampshire and are very happy both with the apartment and the staff. Our initial efforts to sign the lease had technical issues, but Natalie in the office did a wonderful job of helping us through the process. In fact the staff has always found to help us whenever we had a question. We definitely would recommend Delamarre. James B."

"Beautiful, new, clean apartments. Love the design of the studio because it still gives privacy to the "bedroom" with the pocket doors, and the in unit W/D is a plus. All the amenities you need. Best location for Disney Cast Members, most direct commute possible! This is still a relatively new community and they are trying to iron out some of the kinks of service providers to make sure everything is streamlined. Despite the "growing pains," the office staff are very professional and compassionate. They do everything in their power to meet the needs of the community. Special shout out to Natalie and Isabella!! Every time we've had an issue (nothing major), they have responded promptly and helped us to sort it out. So glad we found this place."
