"This complex is in a developing area, right behind a hospital. It is right outside of My Dora, so you have access to all the restaurants and shopping you could want. It is near the lake and offers great sunsets. The entrance gate is, however, constantly broken and closes way too quickly."

"This sprinkler has been broke for 47 days, in those 47 days it has been pouring reclaimed water into the pool, management was informed about this 47 days ago, nothing has been done about it. Also the security gate is open during the day and at night one of the arms is broken so the gate stays open, good idea of the security for this place."

"Management refuses to return my security deposit despite multiple attempts by me to rectify the situation. They always promise to get back to me but never do. They took money out of my security deposit for renters insurance. I had renters insurance, and even emailed them the policy. Still, nothing. Very disappointed."

"This week I will have lived here one year. I've had so many unacceptable disappointments most of them are listed below in my original posting. While they have slowly corrected most of the issues, one thorn in my foot still (literally) remains. My latest battle I've been trying to get corrected is the large swath of dead grass, bare sand, and weeds which now includes a corner patch of sandspurs. Not to mention the entire area is a huge eyesore. This grass would never have died if the sprinklers had been corrected. Simple "proactive" maintenance. The sandspurs have been tracked into my apartment by my dog and then onto my carpet and then to my bare feet when I take my shoes off. I reported this to maintenance nearly a month ago and the blame went to the company who does the lawn service. This large sand and weed patch needs to be weeded and new sod put down period, end of discussion! I have posted pictures off this area and other examples of non-proactive maintenance over the last year. **Original Post** This apartment complex dares to use the name luxury. The clubhouse pool bathroom's are always dirty. The security gates don't work. The entrance sign and front lighting hasn't worked in months. The sides of the apartments are covered in mildew and dead bugs. Huge patches of dead grass and weeds. The maintenance man says he's too busy to do anything about it. Cagan just has a bad reputation all around. If I had a dollar for every dead bug on our buildings, I'd buy this complex, give it to the poor and they would maintain this place with more pride than Cagan."
