"The place could use some improvement. But the rent is affordable especially for someone on a fixed income. And as far as the drugs... That's your choice no one can force you to do it... If you do drugs that your choice. So stop being judgemental !!! The owner has installed security cameras inside and out. "The place speaks for itself all you have to do is look at it when you drive by. You definitely don't want to go in and look at it. It's a nasty Roach and Drug infected place that is not any better than it was before no matter what review people are posting on here. Now that you have seen my review go check this place out I dare you and see if you think I'm exaggerating or lying in any way at all. MARION county code enforcement officers need to go through the place I promise they will tag it unlivable.."

"I don't know were to start with this place. Let's start by saying it's a crack head's dream Apartment, But really it's a sex offenders safe house is what it's known as. The place is falling down you can see light through the holes in the walls, door's, ceiling and floors and that's the good parts about this place. As you walk through the halls of the place you don't know which one to be scared of the most, the cockroaches on the floors are the crackheads at the doors. The place smells like drugs and sex. And if you won't to talk to someone at the end of the hallway and your in your room , just talk and they will hear you because the walls are paper thin. Only some of the room's have bathrooms and the other room's share a bathroom ""A bathroom that never gets cleaned "" It looks like the bathroom from the movie saw. I have a Dog house that's cleaner and more Healthier to stay in rather than this place."
