"The HOA is the prime example why HOA's get a bad wrap. You will feel like you are being attacked. Half the time they will charge you fees whether you comply or not and you will spend your time fighting their charges. Good luck. PS I never lived here but I know two people who have and I hear the same stories from them both. Someone get a grip on these power hungry pseudo-authorities. I am an landlord myself and would never treat one of my tenants the way my friends/family have been treated here."
