"Do not expect prompt service. My shower has been broken for over a year. They would set up appointments and canceled them or just don't show up at all. I had to take off work more than once because they didn't have apartment keys. Now they have keys, still nothing. Kitchen faucet has been leaking out the side for months. I pay my rent on time, always. It seems like nothing matters, except my rent on the 1st of the month."

"Worst customer care I have ever seen. Does not care you have sewage backing up in your rental home. They won’t call a plumber that will come out on emergencies. They call one of there good ole boys that make us wait three days with backed up sewage in the home. Health concerns they could care less. If we get a disease I am going to give them a good law suit."
