"Bought home tru another realty company. Thank God for that. Closing from hell. Jean Troke the seller's agent did nothing. Her assistant as she called him. Michael, was the only contact I had, she showed up with no keys to the place at closing, dropped off one at closing and showed up with a key at my house later, after I told her she was not welcome there. It won't let me write more. Avoid her!"

"Firstly Jennifer is wonderful and I would recommend using her directly but the office is not. I found a listing on Trulia and set up a meeting to see the property. Trulia called me and said someone who represents the property would reach out to me next. They didn’t tell me we are setting you up with a new agent. Without informing me, Trulia had Pristine Properties (PP) show up to be my agent but I have a agent that was just not available to come that day. Here’s where the office got unprofessional- When I told PP that I already had an agent they were rude and unprofessional via text, as if I was trying to screw over their agent when it was a big misunderstanding. No one told me I’d be assigned an agent. I assumed I was speaking to the sellers agents. I wouldn’t want to waste anyone’s time but I was never informed. I had to block that number bc they kept texting with sarcastic and passive aggressive remarks."

"I don’t even know where to start! I worked with Davey Padot who is the Broker/Owner of “Pristine Properties” based out of Trenton, FL. He hooked me up with Matt Malloy who is the owner of “Lend Florida”. They also both worked with Chrissy Boutin with “The Processing Post”. If anybody is on the fence about any of these three, jump it now and let them sell you a house! Davey knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. He is without a doubt an expert. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, passionate and has morals and ethics. Then Davey introduces me to Matt Malloy with Lend Florida. Davey says he is one of the best lenders and can get us an interest rate under 3.5% and 100% financing with a USDA loan. I wasn’t believing it, but Davey wasn’t playing around and Matt delivered! It took a little longer than expected (2 months from start to finish) due to the Covid pandemic that slowed the USDA down, but in the end we had an interest rate under 3.5% and 100% financing, and actually got $500 back at closing! Matt, Davey and Chrissy stayed in contact with us via phone calls, text messages and emails throughout the whole process. They were transparent, and kept their word throughout the entire process and delivered on their promises. Buying a house is stressful, but with this dream team trio of professionals, they took the stress out of it. We couldn’t be happier! They made our families dreams come true."

"You want an excellent real estate agent who will go the extra 5 miles for you, ask for Kathleen Shannon. This lady always was there . If she did not answer, she always promptly returned my calls, email or text and I was in PA. When I had a question, I always got an answer, maybe not what I wanted to hear, but always the truth..She worked hard from start to finish and I am talking over a 2 month period. I don't know what she was paid, but it should be doubled. Thank you and I know I was not always easy."
