"Office full of old women incompetent of doing their job (60+). Upon move in I painted most of the interior of the house from dookie green, brown and yellow to neutral colors at my own expense, and setup 2 ceiling fans at my own expense because 2 fans were completely broken and wobbling falling down. The other ceiling fans were loud and annoying and barely working. Carpets were nasty and maybe 30 years old when they were rated for 10 years. Every appliance was outdated. Refrigerator ice maker was full of mold and unusable. Spent 4 days cleaning every inch of the house after moving out and they still kept most of my security deposit."

Even more impressive, she did it all while I was overseas in Germany and moving to Texas. During a hurricane. Some of the specific things I liked about her was that if you are willing to listen her advice is spot on. She also clearly knows the market, and has tons of contacts to help fix up this or that at very fair prices. She was always very prompt in getting back to me, as was the rest of the team. "Okay, so here is the deal after renting from Rosewood for almost 12 years...If you are a homeowner and need a management company - Rosewood is the ones to pick! If you realize after the fact that you could have got a better deal elsewhere, you will write a bad review because now you have become bitter when in actuality you could have done a better job managing your responsibilities by doing the research first. However, the meat and potatoes of this is that Rosewood actually gives a c%$@ about their homeowners / tenants and will try to find a balance for all parties involved. If your are a tenant and renting, just like with anything in life you have to prove yourself. You are not in the position to call the shots. You are expected to take care of the home as if it was your own. If you are a bad tenant or trying to do things against the rules and slide something past the management company - don't go to Rosewood. If you are a fair and reasonable person, and you are honest with them, they will be good to you through and through. At the end of the day this is a business they have to run and take care (mediate) for all interested parties...I worked in real estate in CA and I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly so please take my advice. 11-12 years of renting with Rosewood and they have always been fair. Tenants, borrowers or homeowners a like should be happy with the service they provide. Seeing these other reviews disgusts me because it sounds like some people just want everything handed to them on a silver platter and not have to work for their respect. Rosewood has been the best management company I have worked with to date. They will send someone out to fix things right away, they will follow up and expect you to do the same, they are timely and respond very promptly. These people care about the job they do!!!!!
