"I knew when I booked the condo months ago that we were in for a treat. Danica's communication with us was outstanding. We stayed in A500 for a girls' getaway. The unit was spectacular. The panoramic views, second to none. Two full balconies with comfy loungers. Clean, well decorated with soothing beachy colors and decor, and music playing as we entered the condo. The beach access was easy, and nothing beats the white sands of Okaloosa Island! The weather was unseasonably cool, but that didn't hamper anything. We used a driver that Danica recommended, and he offered outstanding recommendations for dining experiences. Danica checked in with us throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. She really goes above and beyond during every phase of the process. We'd definitely love to return again and can't imagine staying anywhere else!"

"My husband and I are three weeks in to a two month stay at Waterscape unit A308. We have already contacted Danica about booking next winter. We absolutely love our unit, especially the two modern walk-in showers. This is especially important to us as we are older and I have balance issues so a tub is pretty much out of the question for us (although there is a beautiful tub in both full bathrooms). There is lots of room and the furniture is good quality. The view of the pools and ocean are amazing. Danica is a wonderful host and plans outings for her guests and will help arrange excursions for you. She has lists of places in the area for shopping, entertainment, eat, etc. Yesterday she even made homemade biscuits for her guests! This is by far the best condo we have stayed in."

"We stayed at the Bay House for our much needed vacation. The house was amazing and the view was breathtaking! I got up every morning and watched the sunrise with my dogs. Danica has been great to work with! We are already planning our next trip back later this year. Update: we stayed again 11/23. This was our second time staying in the Bay House. I can’t even put in words how awesome it is! The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable and they even leave travel soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion in each bathroom. They had even upgraded the dock since our last visit - it’s now big enough to have 4 lounge chairs on it and it’s still very roomy! I love how private it feels, too. And, of course, the fact that we can bring our dogs! One of the best things about it is Danica - she responds quickly to emails/texts and answers every question. Her customer service is great! We are already checking dates for a trip back next year!"

"We stayed in B112 and had the best stay on our first vacation as a family of 5! Danica was great to work with through the entire process – from booking to check-out! The condo was in the perfect location for quick access to the lower level pool, the elevator to take the wagon up to the upper level pool area, and unloading our belongings from the car! Our condo was available early, which was greatly appreciated. The grocery service (including shopping AND putting away) was a total game changer. Everything was ready to go immediately as we arrived, which allowed us to begin enjoying the beautiful weather sooner. Our kids LOVED the pools, and the beach was beautiful. Lots of things to enjoy within walking distance. We will definitely be returning, and look forward to enjoying Danica’s hospitality!"

"My husband and I stayed in one of Danica's condos(B203) for our anniversary. We had a fabulous time and no complaints. The condo was very clean and we had no issues. Danica even worked with me when we needed to switch dates because something came up. It's a very family oriented resort but we also enjoyed it, as we were kid free for a few days. The beachfront chairs and umbrella were always a plus and we were able to take some floats down to the ocean that were stored on the balcony. There were a few restaurants that were recommended by Danica or previous guests nearby that were good. We will definitely rent from Danica again!"
