"!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!!! I have lived here for six years. I haven't slept in six years, either. It gets worse here each year. This is the final year I'm putting up with this circus show. The units are infested with roaches. They keep terrible tenants because they ran a racket with groups of people who lived in 12+ beds in a two bedroom unit (these groups would pay a lot upfront) so it's always chaotic and loud. The walls are paper thin, particularly in building 1 and the surrounding buildings on that side. I had, by all accounts (including former and current employees), 15 people living on top of me in my old unit in building 1. They were drunk, selling drugs, constantly partying, and insanely loud. There are no elevators on that side, either, which made being disabled a pain as well until I finally convinced them to relocate me (for a huge price, mind you, and less space). Maintenance barged in on me today in a state of undress after admittedly giving us the wrong date for a compulsory pest cleaning. This I have on camera (which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU INSIST ON LIVING HERE), as I begged them to GIVE ME A MINUTE, HOLD ON! HOLD ON! THEY DID NOT HOLD ON, DESPITE RESPONDING TO ME. I had to start shrieking and slamming the door on them as I was trying to dress myself!!!! The prices are terrible. The resident service portal sucks. To echo another unfortunate tenant on here, maintenance will literally check off that they completed a work order online when they have NOT. They say they do this to just click through the orders, but I guess that's how my DRYER DIDN'T GET FIXED FOR 10 MONTHS. Appliances are old. Paint job is the classic landlord special with paint on floors. I have yellowing blinds that I couldn't even get them to replace. The maintenance guy who was supposed to do that got fired in the middle of replacing my blinds. He also left the key in my front door after being fired, so when I returned home from a trip up north, the key was just chilling in my door for who knows how long. As well, he left a huge mess in my living room. My uber driver from the airport that day can confirm that as he is also a former employer and family friend and saw everything when he helped bring my bags up. This place is chaos. Don't do it. Oh, if you want packages getting delivered to you, good luck! Instead, you get them delivered to an exceptionally seedy "locker room" (read: CLOSET) in the main resident center, which you need a key to enter that they don't like to give to everyone, where things go missing and get stolen. You have to get a code to enter said "locker room" (read: CLOSET) and download the crappiest app ever that NEVER notifies you when packages come. I smell food rotting in there all the time and there's peoples' medication that's been dug out of packages everywhere from looters. This isn't even all of it. I have so many more horror stories from leash laws not being enforced to sexual harassment, 3 attempted BREAK-INS from the same problem neighbors they refused to evict despite multiple complaints (and yes there are POLICE REPORTS re: attempted break-ins), to car wrecks in the parking lots and untamed fire alarms. The bugs, though. The bugs are unbearable. I have a pro come in and clean REGULARLY as well as keeping clean myself. I should never have roaches FALLING INTO MY FOOD AS I'M COOKING IT. Let all that soak in. And they want nearly 2k for a 2 bed 1 bath. I'd give negative stars if I could. In fact, they owe me some stars AND SOME MONEY. They owe me tons of money in extra fees because rent price that was agreed upon was never what was actually charged in their shitty rent payment system they literally FORCE YOU TO USE. NO OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED. THE SERVICE UPCHARGED ME FOR AT LEAST 4 YEARS. There is only one maintenance guy here who has been 100% solid and I wouldn't blame him if he left this place. We'll see how my move out process goes. They better be on point."

"DO NOT RENT, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT This is day 2 here, it started off bad, they called a few days before I was supposed to move in that my place was not going to be ready because it needed to be painted, long story short I walk in and the door knob is lose and the latch doesn’t work. Then there’s paint stains all over the floor, in every room. Hairs stuck on the wall to dried bodily fluids like someone stuck their most hairy boogers on the wall, so much for paint. I swept and the swiffer was completely black like the commercials but worse, it had a lot of little hairs. Mold on the shower head. The windows are dirty and greasy. Then I asked about an elevator and they said no elevator and I’m on the 3rd floor. Not worth the money, they will also never answer the phone. Nothing was new like it looks online, this place is atrocious and I hate it here. Update: could give negative 5 stars if I could, I’ve had a leak since moving here and have they fixed it? No. They don’t answer emails or work orders, or they’ll say they did something but didn’t. My bath has been leaking for months and management is the most negligent, they don’t know how to do things, they’re unprofessional with communication, rude and lazy too. Please save yourself from stress by not living here, home should not be stressful. You’re paying too much for false advertisement already and they won’t treat you right either."

"I must say the coast line apartments has some wonderful units for the best price and is located in the heart of fort Walton. Just ask for Brenna the best agent I’ve ever met. She’ll definitely take care of you and have you feeling like you’re already at home."

"DO NOT RENT ! A question to cooperate: how many more negative reviews will have to be posted before a change is made ? The apartment had many issues, I made numerous complaints personally to the leasing office and they were not addressed. I requested a change in the apartment unit, but that did not happen either. I have tried to be accommodating but none of the issues were fixed. 1.Roach infestation- Roaches were crawling on me during my sleep and have inhabited my mattress and other furnitures. Roaches were also found In the showers, kitchen and laundry room. Not a few roaches, but hundreds of them. 2. Hot water- No hot water, I asked for the heating system to be fixed every single day I was there and it worked briefly for only one day. 3. Other appliances, fixtures and lights did not work properly. 4.Refrigerator- The refrigerator was leaking, after making mention of it, I was promised a new one but it was not changed. It was so bad, I fell directly on my back just walking into the kitchen to this day I still have back pains."
