Holly Sands Apartments

"This apartment is a scam. DO NOT APPLY. My partner applied to this apartment by himself as he qualified alone & then got immediately denied, no explanation or “letter.” So I applied myself & added him as my co-applicant. Worked with Hannah Quick in the leasing office & paid another $100 for our application to get immediately denied. I called, Hannah answered & proceeded to argue with me over the phone, telling me that we should have not applied again (which was not mentioned to me or him) and that we are just wasting money. I also mentioned how the reviews mention the terrible “screening process” the company claims to use, Hannah continued to tell me “well people that leave reviews are just angry,” that mindset & the lack of professionalism & communication is exactly why this apartment has 3 stars. Terrible management & just lack of awareness. I agree with the other reviews, very shady business practices. Update: I never received my “letter” but my significant other did. The letter does not state any reasoning as to why we got declined but did mention that we got declined, which is something we already knew lol."

They have been so good to me and it’s been a long wait for me to get my first apartment and they worked with me and helped me through it all so I will definitely recommend this apartment complex. "We have lived in Holley Sands for almost 2 years now and I highly recommend this property management company to anyone who comes across it. Me & my boyfriend were struggling to find an apartment that would accept us as one income even though we weren't married. Holley sands was able to do that and more. They don't charge a security deposit, they allow you to combine income, and they always have maintenance on staff to help with an issues. They have always been helpful when needing questions answered. And they even leave little goodies on your door for holidays!! Definitely a place I'm blessed to call home."

"I wish I could give more than five stars!! SHORT VERSION: Comfortable and updated space with great office staff and stellar maintenance supervisor... Great price for the area. Pet friendly, landscaping on point. FOR FUTURE TENANTS: Laundry facilities well kept Prompt response with maintenance needs Trash receptacle close by Pest control routinely, and actually works Office staff super friendly and helpful Upgrades abound!! This has been a great place to live... I've been here just over 6 months. Didn't want to do any reviews until I had more experience here... I'm still as happy as I was day one, if not moreso. This is a place I'm proud to call home!!! If you're looking to move here and you're a good person at heart, welcome home, neighbor!! Please enjoy our land, be respectful, and know our awesome office and maintenance staff (Michelle, Hannah, and Brittany) will help with anything you may need as a tenant!"

"Do not apply with this company. I'm more than qualified. I paid the application fee and was denied. Then thought it was odd as there was no reason at all for a denial. Come to find out my credit was never checked by their company, nor was a background checked done or rental history called upon. Checked with all three credit bureaus as well as past rental references. Also no alerts about public record inquires ??? So how exactly was I denied... Nope... they advertise all over CL take people's $$ How was it I got approved at a different property in the area and "bam" they show up as a credit pull the same day...
